The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring safe access to the delivery location.

4.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership remains with Donnelly Fuels until full payment is received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order before dispatch without penalty. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a charge.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if applicable.

6. Liability

Donnelly Fuels is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the supply of our products or services.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage or handling of fuel by the customer.

Customers must ensure that their fuel storage and handling comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
